Eligibility for Exchange<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products eligible for exchange include: <strong>Desktop HDD, Laptop HDD, Desktop RAM, Laptop RAM, Processors, SMPS, and SSDs.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be returned in their <strong>original condition<\/strong>, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid <strong>invoice\/bill<\/strong> is required for initiating any exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Exchange Timeframe<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products can be exchanged within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of purchase in case of any defect or mismatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 7 days, the item will be covered under the <strong>manufacturer\u2019s warranty<\/strong> only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Exchange Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exchange is applicable if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is <strong>defective or not working<\/strong> as expected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is <strong>incompatible<\/strong> with your system (must be informed within the exchange period).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrong product delivered by our team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical damage, burn marks, or tampered serial numbers will <strong>not<\/strong> be accepted for exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
