1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Products eligible for exchange include: Desktop HDD, Laptop HDD, Desktop RAM, Laptop RAM, Processors, SMPS, and SSDs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
- A valid invoice/bill is required for initiating any exchange.
2. Exchange Timeframe
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in case of any defect or mismatch.
- After 7 days, the item will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only.
3. Exchange Conditions
- Exchange is applicable if:
- The product is defective or not working as expected.
- The product is incompatible with your system (must be informed within the exchange period).
- Wrong product delivered by our team.
- Physical damage, burn marks, or tampered serial numbers will not be accepted for exchange.
4. Warranty Support
- All products come with a manufacturer warranty.
- In case of issues beyond the exchange period, warranty claims will be processed as per the manufacturer’s terms.
- Full support is provided by Shubh Vinayak Computers in coordinating with the brand/service center.
5. Process to Initiate Exchange
If approved, you can choose a replacement product or store credit.
