1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products eligible for exchange include: Desktop HDD, Laptop HDD, Desktop RAM, Laptop RAM, Processors, SMPS, and SSDs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
  • A valid invoice/bill is required for initiating any exchange.

2. Exchange Timeframe

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in case of any defect or mismatch.
  • After 7 days, the item will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only.

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is applicable if:
    • The product is defective or not working as expected.
    • The product is incompatible with your system (must be informed within the exchange period).
    • Wrong product delivered by our team.
  • Physical damage, burn marks, or tampered serial numbers will not be accepted for exchange.

4. Warranty Support

  • All products come with a manufacturer warranty.
  • In case of issues beyond the exchange period, warranty claims will be processed as per the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Full support is provided by Shubh Vinayak Computers in coordinating with the brand/service center.

5. Process to Initiate Exchange

If approved, you can choose a replacement product or store credit.
